The hot-melt TPU adhesive powder is applied and cured at precise temperatures. Every sheet is inspected for adhesion coverage, color fidelity, and film clarity before packaging.

Your gang sheets are carefully rolled and shipped within 24 hours after printing. Application is simple: heat press at 320°F for 15 seconds with medium-heavy pressure, repress for 5 seconds and hot peel.
