Elevate Graphics Group provides custom decoration and printing services, including but not limited to:
All products are manufactured to customer specifications.
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Quotes do not guarantee product availability.
An order is considered accepted once:
Once production begins, changes or cancellations are not possible.
Once garments are ordered, cancellations will incur a 25% cancellation fee, plus any shipping charges incurred to return the garments to the supplier.
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving artwork proofs before production.
Approval confirms that all aspects of the proof are correct, including:
Elevate Graphics Group is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Customers warrant that they own or have permission to use all submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, and designs.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold Elevate Graphics Group harmless from any claims relating to copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork.
Because all products are custom manufactured, reasonable production tolerances are accepted.

These normal industry variations are not considered defects.
Occasionally, manufacturers discontinue products or experience inventory shortages.
If an ordered garment becomes unavailable, Elevate Graphics Group may recommend a comparable substitute after consulting with the customer.
While we exercise reasonable care when decorating customer-supplied garments, Elevate Graphics Group is not responsible for:
Decorating customer-supplied items is performed at the customer's risk.
Estimated completion dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
Production schedules may be affected by:
Elevate Graphics Group is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
Rush services may be available for an additional charge.
Acceptance of a rush order does not guarantee delivery if delays occur that are beyond our reasonable control.
Payment terms may include:
Late payments may be subject to interest and collection costs as permitted by law.
Completed orders remain the property of Elevate Graphics Group until paid in full.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once products are delivered to the shipping carrier.
Shipping dates are estimates only.
Customers should inspect shipments promptly and notify us of shortages or damage within five (5) business days of delivery.
Customers will be notified when their order is complete and ready for pickup or has been shipped.
Completed orders should be picked up within 30 days of notification unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
Elevate Graphics Group reserves the right to assess reasonable storage fees for orders that remain unclaimed after 30 days.
Orders that remain unclaimed for 90 days after notification may be considered abandoned. Elevate Graphics Group reserves the right to dispose of, donate, or otherwise liquidate abandoned merchandise without further notice. Any payments previously made are non-refundable, and the customer remains responsible for any unpaid balance associated with the order.
Orders not picked up within 30 days of completion may be subject to storage fees at the discretion of Elevate Graphics Group.
Storage fees may continue to accrue until the order is picked up, shipped, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with these Terms of Service.
Elevate Graphics Group is not responsible for damage or deterioration resulting from long-term storage of completed orders beyond the initial 30-day pickup period.
Because every order is custom made, all sales are final.
Returns or replacements may be considered only if:
Claims must be submitted within five (5) business days after delivery.
Customized products cannot be returned because of customer preference, ordering mistakes, or approved artwork errors.
Due to the nature of custom printing and embroidery, final quantities may vary by up to 5% from the quantity ordered.
Customers agree to accept and pay for the actual quantity produced.
All website content, graphics, photographs, designs, logos, and text created by Elevate Graphics Group remain the property of Elevate Graphics Group unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer-owned artwork remains the property of the customer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevate Graphics Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of the use of our products, services, or website.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected order.
All products and services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.
We make no guarantee regarding uninterrupted website availability or error-free operation.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Elevate Graphics Group reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting on this website.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
